U.S.-RFE Sister City Partnerships
Established sister city partnerships between the Russian Far East and the states of Alaska and Washington implement joint partnership projects under the U.S.-RFE Municipal Partnership Program (MPP). These projects are mutually beneficial, promote local self-governance, and will further strengthen these ongoing, lasting relations.
