Trainings for RFE Municipalities
The goal of the municipal trainings in the Russian Far East (RFE) is to improve the skills of local-self-governance specialists, government officials, and community leaders in managing local development. Trainings are conducted by the specialists from the Institute for Urban Economics (IUE, Moscow) and the Far East Center for Social Innovation (FECSI, Khabarovsk), as well as by other invited Russian expert and civic organizations. The workshops and trainings are focused on the needs of the communities, including such topics as transparent budgeting process; technologies of citizen engagement in the local self-governance; support for small and medium business development, and others.
